Responsibilities include posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, facilitating onboarding, and maintaining staffing records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR or Business Management.
• Minimum 3 years in HR or recruiting.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Ability to adapt positively to change in a rapidly growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide candidates through the application, recruitment, and onboarding process with enthusiasm.
• Post new job openings, review resumes, and coordinate interviews promptly.
• Maintain the Staffing Needs spreadsheet and facilitate candidate phone interviews.
• Serve as a recruiting expert within the assigned geographical region using creative sourcing methods.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication and process updates.
• Prepare Conditional Offer letters and facilitate employee orientations and onboarding sessions.
• Provide administrative support including uniform process management and handling termination forms.
