Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services seeks an experienced Commercial Security Project Manager for on-site, temp-to-hire work in San Antonio, TX. Manage active installations in fire alarm, security, CCTV, and access control, coordinating with sales and engineering to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

You will prepare estimates, support documentation, and ensure safety compliance on active job sites. Strong communication and hands-on leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of relevant project management or commercial security industry experience.
• Commercial security experience is required.
• Experience with fire alarm, security, CCTV, access control or related systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site installation and project administration for fire alarm, security, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, field teams, and clients to align schedules, documentation, and project expectations.
• Manage site visits, RFI logs, project updates, change orders, safety compliance, and jobsite coordination.
• Maintain accurate project logs, manpower forecasts, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare in-house estimates and proposals for new and existing commercial clients.
• Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
