Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated school social worker for a full-time, on-site role at Edgmont Scholars Academy (middle) and Chester Upland School of Arts (elementary) in Pennsylvania. Begin ASAP; contract runs through June 10, 2027 with two openings.

You will provide social-emotional support, conduct assessments, and coordinate with educators to strengthen the school community.

Qualifications

• School-based social work experience is required.
• Active PA MSW license and PA School Social Worker certificate or PDE-accepted alternative.
• Ability to obtain PA clearances and work in an urban school setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide social-emotional support to students and families.
• Conduct assessments, interventions, and referrals as needed.
• Collaborate with educators and administrators to support the school community.
• Support crisis management and foster a positive school climate.
• Advocate for and empower students to overcome barriers to learning.
