Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to support students in an onsite school setting on a fixed-term contract from Oct 21, 2026 to Jan 21, 2027. You will collaborate with faculty and families to provide essential social, emotional, and behavioral support.

The ideal candidate holds a current School Social Worker license (#071), has experience in school environments, and demonstrates strong communication, confidentiality, and advocacy skills to help students succeed.

Qualifications

• Current, active Social Worker license with School Social Worker endorsement (#071) required.
• Prior experience working in school environments or with school-aged children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and respond to diverse student needs.
• Efficient organizational and recordkeeping abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to students, supporting their social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and administrators to support comprehensive student care.
• Participate in student support meetings, develop intervention strategies, and contribute to educational planning.
• Serve as a resource for families and guardians, providing guidance, referrals, and advocacy as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards within the school setting.
