Sunbelt Staffing is hiring two full-time school social workers to serve students in a vibrant urban district in Pennsylvania. These onsite roles run 37.5 hours per week with a start date ASAP and conclude June 10, 2027, providing essential counseling, family collaboration, and crisis support throughout the school year.

Ideal candidates hold an active PA MSW license with school-based experience, and meet PDE certificate or LSW/LCSW program criteria.

Qualifications

• Active MSW license in Pennsylvania required.
• Prior school-based experience essential.
• Satisfy one of the following: PDE School Social Worker Educational Specialist certificate OR active LSW/LCSW with PDE-approved program.
• Ability to obtain Pennsylvania clearances.
• Willingness to participate in a Zoom interview.

Responsibilities

• Deliver counseling and social-emotional support to students.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and community partners.
• Develop and implement individualized plans to address student needs.
• Support crisis prevention and intervention efforts within the school.
• Promote positive school climate through workshops and programming.
