Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join a school district in Marion County, Alabama for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity to support students with their speech and language goals while collaborating with an experienced school-based team.

The position offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, onsite with multiple locations as needed, and weekly W-2 pay starting at $40/hour with guaranteed hours, plus benefits such as

• Active Alabama SLPA license is required or in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders, Speech and Hearing Sciences, or related field.
• Experience in a school setting is preferred but not always required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
