Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant for a full-time, on-site role in a USD Florida school district near Jacksonville. You will provide directed therapy, support IEP implementation, and collaborate with the school team to aid student communication development throughout the school year.

The position requires active FL DOH SLPA licensure and at least 2 years of SLPA experience, including school setting exposure, with fingerprinting/background checks as needed.

Qualifications

• Active FL DOH SLPA Licensure required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an SLPA, with at least 6 months in a school-based setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and school staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy to students as directed by supervising SLPs.
• Assist with implementing IEPs and documenting student progress.
• Support students’ communication needs across varying ages and abilities.
• Maintain accurate records and effective communication with teachers, parents, and school team.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for student support.
