Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant for a contracted school-based role. You will work closely with licensed SLPs to support students' communication goals in a collaborative educational setting, across classrooms and grade levels.

Ideal candidates will hold an active SLPA license and bring a passion for helping children succeed. You will implement therapy activities, document progress, and assist with materials while maintaining confidentiality and following district policies.

Qualifications

  • Active SLPA license or registration as required.
  • Coursework or experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly valued.
  • Ability to follow treatment plans and support students under SLP supervision.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Flexibility and professionalism to work across different classrooms and grade levels.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing speech-language therapy activities and carry out intervention plans.
  • Support students in both individual and group sessions according to IEP goals.
  • Collect and document student progress and provide feedback to supervising SLPs.
  • Help create and organize instructional materials and resources.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, teachers, and families as needed.
