Job summary

Soliant Health seeks a contract Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students near Montgomery, AL. This full-time role involves direct therapy and evaluations across multiple school campuses, with caseloads capped at 60 students for effectiveness.

You'll collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement IEP goals, maintain thorough documentation, and ensure high-quality service delivery throughout the school year.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active CCC-SLP certification.
• Alabama ASHA Certification required/held.
• Eligible for Alabama Educator SLP Certificate.
• School-based SLP experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work across multiple campuses.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to K-12 students.
• Conduct evaluations and develop IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families.
• Manage a caseload up to 60 students across campuses.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and compliance.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality services.
