Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support students in a full-time, onsite role for the 2026-2027 school year in Santa Fe, NM. The position runs August 3, 2026 through May 20, 2027, with caseloads and assignments tailored to your strengths.

You will provide direct therapy per IEPs, conduct evaluations, collaborate with teachers and families, and maintain timely documentation. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license (CCC) required.
• Experience with school-aged populations preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams and with families.
• Commitment to diversity and positive learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students per IEPs.
• Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing progress assessments.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families on interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress within timelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student success.
• Adapt therapy approaches based on caseload diversity and professional judgment.
