Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or CF) for a school-based contract across PreK–12, onsite in Virginia. Flexible full- or part-time hours, with assignments for the full academic year.

Candidates should hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, Virginia SLP licensure eligibility, and ideally CCC-SLP; Clinical Fellows are welcome. Mentorship available and a collaborative multidisciplinary team supports your impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Virginia SLP licensure eligibility.
• CCC-SLP strongly preferred; CFs welcome.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive speech and language assessments for PreK–12 students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Deliver direct and consultative SLP services within the school setting.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain documentation and meet state/district guidelines.
• Attend and participate in IEP and student support meetings.
