Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a contract position in Maryland. The role supports students with direct therapy and requires collaboration with teachers and families.

The caseload includes nine students with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM–4 PM, with potential noon dismissal on Wednesdays. The contract offers flexibility for full-time or part-time work and runs through October 30, with compensation ranging from $35.22 to $55.22 per hour.

Qualifications

• Credentialed Speech-Language Pathologist with SLP-CCC
• Experience with school-age populations preferred
• Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and work in a team
• Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills
• Ready to begin work as soon as possible

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language services to students on your caseload
• Document interventions and progress according to school and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with educators, families, and fellow therapists for optimal outcomes
• Contribute to make-up therapy sessions to support school-wide needs
• Adjust hours as needed within the established schedule
