Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC to fill two onsite, full-time roles in Pennsylvania schools. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and support language development during the school year.

Positions include Preschool/Early Intervention and K‑8 caseloads; you will collaborate with teachers and parents, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings in a supportive school environment.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
• Experience in educational settings, early intervention, or pediatric caseloads preferred.
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to diverse age groups and needs.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver speech and language therapy services onsite in a supportive school environment.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to foster student success.
• Maintain documentation and meet compliance requirements for service delivery.
• Participate in team meetings, IEPs, and professional development as needed.
