Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, contract role serving K-12 students across multiple sites in the Pittsfield, MA region. The position welcomes both CCC-certified SLPs and SLPAs, with onsite work flexibility across locations.

Responsibilities include assessments, therapy plan development with educators and families, and thorough documentation in compliance with guidelines. Travel-ready candidates and strong collaboration skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active SLP-CCC license or eligibility (for SLPs); SLPAs must hold valid state credentials.
• Strong clinical skills with passion for working with children and adolescents.
• Solid understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and special education procedures.
• Comfortable working onsite at multiple locations with flexibility for diverse student populations.
• Team-oriented mindset and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with educators and families.
• Document progress and maintain accurate student records per state and federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student development.
• Engage in school-wide initiatives and professional development as needed.
