Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing in Kyle, TX is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) for an onsite contract opportunity with flexible weekly hours (20–40), depending on caseload. You will perform assessments, evaluations, and direct therapy across student age groups.

Collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams is essential to help students reach their communication goals, with competitive weekly compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Valid Texas SLP license is required.
• ASHA CCC credential preferred or required depending on eligibility.
• Experience with school-based populations is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work onsite with multidisciplinary teams in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations following school guidelines.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students.
• Document progress and maintain records in accordance with district and state standards.
• Communicate effectively with staff and families to coordinate strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations for student success.
