Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a contracted role in a vibrant school setting. The position supports early childhood learners, with mid-August through late May continuity to students and program stability.

You will manage 50-55 students, develop IEPs, and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Supervising an SLPA and ensuring compliant documentation are key facets of this role.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Colorado SLP license and current Educator Certificate.
• CCC required (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• Experience in school-based SLP roles, especially in early childhood settings, is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language services to a caseload of 50-55 early childhood students.
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs.
• Conduct assessments, track progress, and adapt interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Supervise an SLPA to maintain high standards of care and growth.
• Ensure documentation meets district, state, and federal guidelines.
