Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite services for students near Marshall, MI. This full-time contract role focuses on early childhood through 12th grade, delivering screenings, evaluations, and therapy aligned with IEP goals.

You will collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with state guidelines while supporting students' communication development.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan SLP license required (MI).
• CCC-SLP certification required.
• Experience in a school setting with young children or PreK-12 preferred.
• CFY candidates: supervisor arranged prior to placement.
• Verification of licensure via Michigan Department of Education required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student.
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators and other staff to support academic and social success.
• Document assessment results, treatment plans and progress per guidelines.
• Educate families to support generalization of communication skills beyond the classroom.
