Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support school-aged children in a Plymouth, MI area school. The contract runs from August through February 2027, with a stable 37.5-hour weekly schedule.

Ideal candidates hold state SLP licensure, CCC-SLP or CFY, and experience in pediatric school settings, plus familiarity with IEP development and collaboration with educators, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP or CFY in Clinical Fellowship Year.
• Experience or knowledge in pediatric school settings.
• Familiarity with IEP development and compliance with guidelines.
• Strong communication with staff, students, and families.
• Passion for fostering student growth and communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and re-evaluations for students referred for services.
• Develop, implement, and update IEPs with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students individually and in groups.
• Document progress, prepare reports, and maintain service logs.
• Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development.
• Support classroom teachers to maximize carryover of communication strategies.
