Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Tennessee is seeking a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist for a PreK-5 setting onsite. The role supports a caseload of about 30 students and runs through June 2027, offering continuity and professional growth across several school years.

Part-time option 3 days per week is preferred, with full-time candidates welcome; 35–40 hours weekly, with a competitive compensation and full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and a matching 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Hold SLP licensure and SLP-CCC credentials, with school/pediatric experience preferred.
• Experience developing and monitoring IEP goals for PreK-5th grade.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy to a caseload of ~30 students (PreK-5).
• Assess, set IEP goals, and deliver interventions individually and in groups.
• Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families.
• Maintain timely progress notes and documentation.
