Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students on a contract basis. You’ll work in a dynamic educational setting with a manageable caseload of 30-50 students and a flexible schedule (five days or two days per week).

Qualifications

• Active SLP license required.
• Experience in school settings serving K-12 students.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement IEPs in consultation with teachers and parents.
• Maintain thorough documentation, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams to ensure optimal student outcomes.
• Provide guidance and education to caregivers and staff regarding speech/language development.
