Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role serving K-12 students. You will support a caseload of 30-50 students in a collaborative school setting with both full-time and part-time options.

The position offers pay starting at $55 per hour, weekly pay, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, a 401k match, and a flexible spending account. Ideal candidates will have school experience and strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Valid and active SLP license.
• Previous experience working in schools.
• Ability to manage and support a caseload of 30-50 students in grades K-12.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students based on individual education plans.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to foster student growth.
• Maintain documentation and progress reports according to school and regulatory guidelines.
• Adapt services to meet the unique needs of each student.
