Soliant is seeking a school-based Occupational Therapist in Texas for a full-time contract ending May 2027. You will evaluate students, deliver services per IEPs, and supervise 2-3 COTAs across multiple school locations within a small district.

The role emphasizes organization, timely documentation in ESPED, and collaborative communication with staff, students, and families. Onsite schedule ensures consistency with school sessions and district-wide support.

Formación

• Must have a valid Occupational Therapy license and Texas authorization.
• Experience delivering OT services in a school setting.
• Familiarity with ESPED IEP system required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially for supervising caseloads.
• Collaborative spirit to work with OTs and COTAs.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver OT services following students' IEPs.
• Conduct evaluations and supervise COTAs.
• Utilize ESPED IEP system for documentation and casework.
• Maintain and submit accurate weekly timelogs for timesheet approval.
• Work district-wide with a small team across multiple locations.
• Communicate effectively with school staff, students, and families.
