Soliant is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support students in a vibrant school environment near Richardson, Texas. The role is full-time and covers staff leaves throughout the school year, offering a stable schedule.

You will deliver essential OT services to students, support their development, and collaborate with educators and professionals in a multidisciplinary setting. This position suits therapists who enjoy meaningful work in education and guiding children toward goals.

Formación

• Licensed OT in Texas (or eligible for licensure)
• Pediatric/school-based OT experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to adapt activities to meet individual student needs

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct therapy sessions to students as scheduled
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Document services and maintain accurate records in compliance with school standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and assessments as required
• Cover two leave periods (mid-Jan to Mar; Mar to end of school year) to ensure continuity of care
