Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a contract physical therapist for the 2026-2027 school year to support K-12 students district-wide. The position is full-time, onsite only, with a 37.5-hour workweek and a caseload of approximately 25–30 students.

You will evaluate students, develop PT treatment plans, provide direct services per IEPs, and collaborate with educators, administrators, and families in a supportive district environment. Benefits, housing, and meals may be provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington PT license or eligibility and willingness to obtain one.
• WA OSPI fingerprint clearance or willingness to complete fingerprinting.
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
• Onsite-only role for the full school year.
• Skilled in assessment, IEP development, and therapy planning for K-12.
• Adaptable to varied caseloads across multiple schools.
• Strong communication and collaboration with students, staff, families.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Deliver direct PT services and consultation per IEPs for K-12 students.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and related service personnel.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all assessments, progress notes, and treatment delivered.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student success.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented district culture focused on student achievement.
