Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in South Carolina.
• Experience in a school setting (K-12 preferred); comfort with itinerant service delivery.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage a caseload across multiple sites.
• Compassionate communicator eager to collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams.
• Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques and interventions to diverse student needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PT services to K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals and district policies.
• Travel among multiple assigned school locations to provide equitable care.
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation.
• Consult with educators and family members to support student objectives.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
