Job summary

City Year Seattle / King County is seeking a Program Manager to lead and mentor a team of AmeriCorps members, guiding attendance, behavior, and course performance supports in Seattle/King County schools. You will report to a Program Director, work 100% on-site at partner schools, and help manage partnerships with school staff to ensure successful service delivery and student outcomes.

Expect a start mid-June to July 2023 with applications reviewed May-June 2023; compensation is $57,500 annually,

• Lead, manage, and coach a team of AmeriCorps members.
• Develop strong partnerships with school staff and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery.
• Coach AmeriCorps members to improve attendance and behavior support.
• Manage partnerships with schools and assist with resource planning.
• Assist with training and onboarding of staff and members.
• Support data collection and evaluation of program outcomes.
