Qualifications

• Active Illinois Physical Therapy License (IL PT) required.
• School-based experience valued.
• Strong collaboration and communication with students, staff, and families.
• Familiarity with IEP processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy interventions to a caseload of 10-20 students with diverse needs.
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment goals.
• Document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain compliance with all district and state requirements.
• Assess students needs using a variety of evaluation tools, and adapt strategies as needed to support academic and functional success.
• Deliver compassionate, student-centered care while promoting a positive and inclusive school environment.
