Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking three qualified Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join a supportive school district for the 2026-2027 school year. These full-time, onsite positions will serve students across grades K-12 throughout the district.

Roles may include itinerant assignments across multiple school sites. You will collaborate with teachers, families and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth and independence, delivering services under supervision and maintaining

Qualifications

• Active state COTA license required.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Ability to travel between school sites as needed.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the direction and supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' educational and therapy goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success.
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations with the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Provide services to students across K-12th grade as assigned.
• Travel between multiple school locations based on caseload and district needs.
• Perform all duties expected of a school-based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
