Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to support students in Carbon and Lehigh Counties, PA for the 2026/2027 school year. Join a collaborative school-based team delivering OT services in person.

Qualifications

• Active PA COTA license required.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA required.
• Experience with students, preferably in school-based or special education settings.
• Ability to work in Carbon and Lehigh counties and travel as needed.
• School-day schedule up to 35 hours per week.
• In-person interview required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students as directed by supervising OTs and IEP requirements.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support educational goals for each student.
• Document progress and maintain compliance with state regulations and IEP meetings.
• Promote independence skills in academic and functional school environments.
• Adapt strategies and materials to ensure accessibility for all students.
