Job summary

Pinnaql is seeking an experienced Buyer contractor to support purchasing for a 6-month onsite assignment. The role requires working knowledge of SAP, experience in regulated environments, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional BSC teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities include placing POs in SAP, expediting material, following up on orders, resolving invoice discrepancies, and monitoring inventory to ensure material availability.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a regulated environment is required.
• Excellent communication with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to resolve invoice discrepancies and manage supplier relations.

Responsibilities

• Place purchase orders (POs) in SAP per BSC procedures.
• Expedite material per ERP/SAP recommendations to support production.
• Follow up with suppliers on confirmations, delivery dates and PO status.
• Analyze invoice discrepancies and coordinate with Accounts Payable and Receiving to resolve.
• Monitor open orders and inventory to ensure material availability.
• Communicate delays and purchasing issues to BSC stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Planning, Supplier Quality, Receiving and participate in supplier meetings.
