Job summary

Weil Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Buyer contractor for a six-month onsite assignment. The role requires SAP knowledge, experience in regulated environments, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional Client teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities include placing POs in SAP, expediting material, tracking deliveries, resolving invoice discrepancies, and monitoring inventory to ensure material availability. Strong communication with suppliers and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of purchasing experience in a regulated environment.
• SAP experience including PO creation and order management.
• Experience with invoice management and resolving discrepancies.
• Ability to communicate with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Place POs in SAP following Client procedures.
• Expedite material per ERP recommendations to support production needs.
• Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery dates, and PO status.
• Analyze invoice discrepancies and coordinate with suppliers and Accounts Payable to resolve.
