Job summary

Quanta Manufacturing Nashville is seeking an on-site Senior Accountant - Accounts Payable support to oversee day-to-day AP tasks, record accurate financial entries, and ensure policy compliance. The role requires SAP experience and strong Excel skills, with a focus on accuracy and timely processing.

You will back up senior accounting functions and assist internal/external audits while maintaining confidentiality. This is a fully onsite role in La Vergne, TN.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years accounting experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Experience with accounting software; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and master AP workflow from data entry to GL coding.
• Process electronic billing and batch invoices/expense reports.
• Perform AP accruals/reclasses; month-end close tasks.
• Reconciling company credit card accounts and assisting audits.
