Job summary

TestEquity is seeking a Location Support Specialist in Little Rock, AR. You will stock and manage vendor managed inventory on site at various locations, ensuring areas are clean, safe, organized, and correctly labeled.

You will work with the sales team to address on-site needs, handle weekly shipments and cycle counts, and complete administrative tasks on stock days. A high school diploma, 2+ years of customer service, and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Inventory management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable mode of transportation.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Background clearance and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Receives and stocks weekly and emergency replenishment shipments.
• Inspects replenishment shipments for correct quantities and products.
• Completes inventory cycle counts weekly or quarterly.
• Maintains on-site inventory areas clean, safe, organized, and labeled.
• Resolves on-site customer issues promptly to retain loyalty.
• Works with the team to accomplish goals and resolve issues.
• Interacts with customers to discuss on-site needs and forwards these to sales.
• Communicates regularly with sales team and customer as needed.
• Owns meeting individual and team metrics and standards.
• Completes administrative tasks on non-scheduled stock days (up to 2 hours/week).
