Indoff is growing and seeks a Recruiter to build a strong pipeline by contacting sales professionals and owners. This onsite role in St. Louis, MO focuses on sourcing, outreach, and reporting results to sustain hiring momentum.

You will work from a provided prospect database, reach out via text, phone, and email, and keep CRM data accurate while compiling daily reports in Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent hours at a technical school or 4-year college.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets/Docs and Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to handle multiple prospects and maintain timely outreach.
• Initiative with a hands-off management approach.

Responsibilities

• Outreach: Contact prospective sales professionals via text, phone, and email to explain benefits of a sales position with Indoff.
• Use provided prospects from a database.
• Manage activity in a CRM: access call calendar, input information, and update records.
• Track daily outreach and enter into Google Sheets.
• Collect and report outcomes from personal outreach for performance reviews.
• Contribute ideas to improve outreach effectiveness.
