Job summary

RevOps Report is seeking a detail‑driven Sales Operations Coordinator in Lincoln, NE. The role focuses on ensuring orders flow smoothly from sales to production, enforcing procedures, and supporting new employees with training and resources.

You will partner with sales, customer service, production, and management to resolve issues quickly, develop training materials, and continuously improve standard operating procedures. In-person work with competitive pay.

• 3+ years of direct experience in a high-volume professional sales, customer service, operations management, and/or training environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the review of customer orders for accuracy and completeness before they move into production.
• Ensure paperwork, artwork, approvals, and supporting documents are complete and routed correctly by team members.
• Monitor workflow and help keep orders moving efficiently through each stage of the process.
• Identify errors, bottlenecks, and process issues before they become customer problems.
• Work closely with sales, customer service, production, and management to resolve issues quickly.
• Coordinate onboarding for new employees.
• Train new team members on company procedures, systems, and best practices.
• Help develop and maintain training materials and standard operating procedures.
• Reinforce consistent processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring as needed.
