Talent Harbor is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our on-site team in Winchester, VA. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound inquiries and scheduling appointments with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound inquiries via calls, texts, emails, and online submissions.
• Qualify leads using company-approved scripts and guidelines.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; manage the calendar and capacity goals.
• Input, update, and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
• Track lead sources, appointment outcomes, and booking metrics.
• Generate and submit daily/weekly sales reports as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize demo rates (target: 90%).
• Provide timely communication to ensure smooth handoffs and efficient workflows.
