Job summary

AllTech Services is seeking a Lead Coordinator for our Northern Virginia office. You will support homeowners, schedule installations, and assist our Comfort Consultants by turning inquiries into appointments and managing leads, quotes, and orders with speed and accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service or sales support, strong phone presence, and proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or inside sales support experience.
• Experience booking sales appointments or supporting a high-volume sales team.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills.
• Comfortable with scheduling software, Microsoft Office tools, and multi-line phone systems.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• On-site role at our office in Northern Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and Comfort Consultants by making the process seamless from inquiry to installation.
• Handle inbound calls from homeowners and set appointments.
• Enter and manage leads, quotes, and orders with speed and accuracy.
• Assist sales team with proposal prep, follow-ups, and contract coordination.
• Schedule installations, manage materials and ordering, and keep jobs on track.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports, updating sales databases.
