As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll create exceptional first impressions by turning customer leads into booked sales appointments.

Key Sub Tasks

• Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally handling calls, responding with empathy, and resolving inquiries with a problem-solving mindset.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on Sales appointments efficiently to turn leads into booked calls and satisfied customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communicate clearly via phone, email, and text to ensure seamless interactions.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to resolve issues, meet performance goals, and support overall business success.
