Big-D Industrial is seeking a Safety Professional for our Miami, AZ project. You will lead safety programs on the jobsite, train workers and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with federal and company standards.

A Bachelor's degree or 1–3 years of construction safety experience is preferred, with OSHA 30 required and OSHA 500 preferred for advancement. Join a team that values safety, collaboration, and growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 1–3 years of construction safety experience
• OSHA 30 hour training required; OSHA outreach instructor (OSHA 500) preferred
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or related certifications desirable

Mansioni

• Maintain and enforce safety programs on a designated jobsite
• Document site conditions with photos and reports to support safety improvements
• Lead safety trainings and tools for the project team and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and company safety standards on all sites
• Conduct accident investigations and root cause analyses and report findings
