Job summary

Scott Humphrey is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager to support commercial and mission-critical/data center projects across Arizona. You will lead site safety efforts, ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, and promote a proactive safety culture on active job sites.

Responsibilities include developing site-specific safety programs, conducting inspections and audits, leading safety orientations and training, and collaborating with project teams to identify and mitigate hazards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• Experience in commercial construction and/or mission critical/data center projects
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
