ESFM, the corporate facilities management division of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Manufacturing and Safety Manager for onsite Florence, KY. The role focuses on creating safer workplaces, reducing injuries, and supporting safety and workers’ compensation programs across local units.

You will train managers, conduct site visits, perform inspections, implement policies, and produce monthly status reports, aligning with client requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years with progressive responsibilities in safety
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%
• Experience ensuring OSHA and workplace safety compliance
• Experience with workers' compensation and loss prevention

Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities to ensure OSHA and client standards compliance
• Manage safety and workers' compensation programs
• Provide training to managers on safe work practices
• Prepare monthly safety reports for campus sites
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with local teams through meetings and site visits
