Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager in Minnesota to lead employee health, safety and environmental programs across manufacturing and distribution facilities. This role partners with facility management to build capability, provide SME EHS guidance, and ensure regulatory compliance for wastewater, hazardous materials, and related programs.

Travel up to 50% may be required; a Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years or a HS diploma with 9+ years of

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of local, state or federal environmental, health and safety regulations including how to access and evaluate resources.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Travel up to 50%.
• This position requires passing a post-offer background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage employee health, safety, and environmental activities.
• Collaborate with facility management to build capability and provide EHS SME support.
• Support wastewater operations, hazardous materials, and compliance program tracking.
• Implement programs to reduce workplace injuries and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance on EHS regulations and share best practices.
• Develop and deploy EHS awareness and training programs.
• Serve as part of crisis management and respond to incidents as needed.
