The ideal candidate will lead safety initiatives across project teams, conduct regular audits, and coordinate with Safety Director, QA/QC, and site managers to protect workers.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 minimum requirement.
• Ability to access heights via ladders or scaffolding.
• Knowledge of the electrical trade and general construction activities.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible on-call and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Actively present on project jobsite to assess ongoing work conditions to ensure safety.
• Develop and implement solutions to safety-related issues on project sites.
• Provide formal training and mentoring on safe work practices.
• Assist in writing detailed reports of on-site mishaps.
• Conduct safety audits and daily Jobsite Safety Analyses.
• Assist Safety Director and project teams with site safety programs.
