Job summary

D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking an On-Site Health and Safety Officer to lead safety programs at our construction sites. You will implement, monitor and improve safety plans, ensuring regulatory compliance and a culture of safety among employees and contractors.

This role is vital for protecting workers on our job sites. The candidate will conduct inspections, provide training, manage documentation and coordinate with management to drive continuous safety improvements.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30hr card for Construction Industry.
• Current certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
• 3–5 years of proven Health & Safety experience in construction/industrial environments.
• Ability to travel to job sites across the country for extended periods.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections/audits to ensure OSHA compliance and policies.
• Develop and implement safety protocols, emergency plans and risk assessments.
• Provide on-site safety training, toolbox talks and orientations for workers.
• Observe workers to ensure proper use of PPE is implemented.
• Investigate and report incidents, near misses and violations with corrective actions.
• Maintain up-to-date docs on safety programs, training records and compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for safety matters and coordinate with management for improvements.
