Job summary

The role requires at least 1 year in construction safety, OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication and leadership.

You will collaborate with site management and contractors to maintain a safe job site and implement proactive safety measures.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of construction safety experience.
• Must have OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
• Nice to have OSHA 510 (construction).

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and enforce policies to foster a proactive safety culture.
• Train and educate workers through toolbox talks and safety sessions.
• Identify and mitigate risks via job hazard analyses.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses and develop corrective actions.
• Stay compliant with OSHA, federal and state regulations.
• Collaborate with site management and contractors for safe sites.
