Job summary

Examinetics Inc in Overland Park, KS seeks a Safety Coordinator to join the onsite team. You will lead safety programs, conduct trainings, and ensure compliance on a major project.

The role requires at least 1 year in construction safety, OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication and leadership.

You will collaborate with site management and contractors to maintain a safe job site and implement proactive safety measures.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of construction safety experience.
• Must have OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
• Nice to have OSHA 510 (construction).

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and enforce policies to foster a proactive safety culture.
• Train and educate workers through toolbox talks and safety sessions.
• Identify and mitigate risks via job hazard analyses.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses and develop corrective actions.
• Stay compliant with OSHA, federal and state regulations.
• Collaborate with site management and contractors for safe sites.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimumof 1+ years of construction safety experience(Mega-project experience is a plus: data centers, manufacturing, EV, etc.)
• Strong knowledge ofOSHA regulations and construction safety practices
• Must have OSHA 30 + CPR/First Aid
• Ideally OSHA 510 (construction)
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving job site
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
