Job summary

Kroll Konstruction LLC is seeking a Safety Coordinator to serve as the on-site safety professional on assigned projects. This role implements and maintains company safety standards, works with project teams, subcontractors, and third-party safety personnel to identify hazards, verify corrective actions, and deliver training.

Under the Safety Executive, you will promote a proactive safety culture, conduct inspections, manage JHAs/JSAs, coordinate client safety requirements, and support incident

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction required.
• OSHA 510 or equivalent required.
• OSHA 500 Trainer course preferred.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification required.
• 5 years of construction safety experience with field personnel.
• Additional safety credentials (CHST/STSTS-C/ASP/CSP) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the safety program on assigned jobsites.
• Conduct routine site inspections and audits for compliance.
• Identify safety deficiencies, assign corrective actions, and verify closure.
• Monitor field activities and address unsafe conditions immediately.
• Exercise stop-work authority and coordinate corrective action with leadership.
• Maintain required PPE, signage, and safety documentation.
