Job summary

You will conduct inspections, assess risks, investigate incidents, and maintain documentation while delivering training and supporting emergency preparedness to foster a safety-first culture across operations and leadership.

Qualifications

• Health & safety management and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.

• Investigate incidents and near-misses, documenting findings and preventive actions.
• Maintain safety documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
• Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to diverse teams.
• Support emergency preparedness and response planning.
• Promote a safety-first culture and educate leadership on risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with operations and management to safeguard people, equipment, and facilities.
