Role Description
The Safety Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Denver Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring workplace health and safety programs aligned with company standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include conducting safety inspections and audits, assessing risks, investigating incidents and near-misses, and maintaining safety documentation and reports. The Safety Officer will deliver safety training and toolbox talks, support emergency preparedness, and collaborate with operations and management to create corrective action plans. This position also works closely with team members to promote a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with occupational health regulations, and safeguard people, equipment, and facilities.
