Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a safety role, preferably in an electrical/electronic manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop and implement safety programs and policies.
• Experience conducting safety training sessions and safety inspections.
• Experience investigating and documenting accidents and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety programs and policies that comply with local, state, and federal regulations
• Conduct regular safety training sessions for employees
• Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards
• Investigate and document accidents and incidents to determine root cause and make recommendations to prevent future occurrences
• Develop and maintain safety records and reports
• Act as a liaison between management and regulatory agencies related to safety compliance
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures
